Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Includes excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Interpersonally Skilled:
A high level of emotional intelligence is needed to effectively navigate complex client relationships and internal dynamics

Software-Savvy:
Proficiency in project management software and tools. Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite are used daily (bonus points for Power BI experience).

Key Responsibilities:
Internal Operations Management:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Sales:
- Prospect new business
- Work directly with customers to understand their business operations to add value to their organization
Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage client communications and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Operational Infrastructure:
- Develop and implement processes and standards.
- Assist with developing project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings to track progress and address any issues.
- Ensure consistent application of processes
