We reviewed the municipality’s documentation in detail, created a compliant Schedule of Values (SOV) tailored to the customer’s contract, and developed a Standard Operating Outline (SOO) for monthly billing procedures. We continue to oversee and manage this process monthly to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The customer now has a reliable, repeatable municipal billing process in place. By removing the burden from their internal team, we’ve helped them avoid costly mistakes, maintain timely payments, and build stronger credibility with their client.
Action:
ZoKa recommended implementing a centralized Power Form to streamline data collection and communication. We guided the client through setting up and using the template, ensuring that all involved parties received automated email notifications with required documentation. We also enabled reporting capabilities to flag when vendors were nearing the end of their compliance period.

No we do offer in person services as well. Our PMO service does require in-
person interaction. We also offer in-person training as well and check ins throughout the year. Again, it really depends on the needs of our client.
